But that “360”? It’s more than a number.  It’s a full-circle philosophy—one that speaks to balance, transformation, and the never-ending loop of growth. Physical, mental, and emotional—all in sync, all in motion.

Program Details

  • Built to break limits, inside and out.

    FiitHouse 360 is the cornerstone of the 360 Series—a full-hour fusion of strength, intensity, and internal fire. Half the session is dedicated to building raw, functional strength across three powerhouse stations: barbell lifts, dumbbell/bodyweight challenges, and cable-based precision. With progressive overload built in and custom achievement tracking, you’ll see it—and feel it—week over week.

    Time to shift gears. The second half explodes into a high-intensity MetCon and treadmill circuit designed to elevate heart rate, maximize output, and drive real change. Whether you're crushing intervals, moving with intention, or pushing through fatigue—this is where your mindset sharpens and your endurance is forged.

    But FiitHouse 360 isn’t just about the sweat. It’s about showing up as you are—and leaving stronger in every way.  Physical grit. Mental clarity. Emotional power.  This is where your full circle begins.

    G.R.I.T. 360 is FiitHouse GCT’s proprietary youth training program—built for the next generation of leaders, movers, and game-changers. Designed for ages 10–18, this isn’t just about building strong bodies—it’s about building strong foundations.

    Yes, they’ll move through the same circuits as our main GCT programming—strength, metcon, conditioning—but with a deeper focus layered in: Mindset, discipline, and emotional growth. Every session weaves in a key character trait like leadership, self-respect, or perseverance—because true strength starts from within.

    G.R.I.T. stands for Grind, Rise, Inspire, Thrive—and that’s exactly what these young athletes will do. They'll push through challenges, rise to new standards, inspire their peers, and learn how to thrive in and out of the gym.  We believe leadership has no age limit and no “ideal” shape or size. It’s built through reps—of both the physical and emotional kind.

    Push Ups & Pacifiers is where strength meets softness—FiitHouse GCT’s postpartum training experience designed exclusively for moms and their little ones. This isn’t just a workout. It’s a space to reconnect, rebuild, and rise—physically, emotionally, and together.

    Grounded in the FiitHouse philosophy of smart, heart rate–based training, we use targeted LTHR zones to safely support postpartum recovery, rebuild endurance, and gradually reintroduce strength—without rushing the process. Every class blends intentional movement with connection—between body and mind, mother and child, and mom to mom.

    This is where community grows stronger with every rep. A space where women can show up exactly as they are—no judgment, no pressure. Just support, sweat, and shared moments.

Using LTHR based training, we push into the lactic threshold to maximize endurance and strength efficiency—helping you lift stronger, move better, and build with purpose.
